This watch is in excellent condition, coming with Rolex boxes, Submariner Date booklet, numbered green swing-tag and UK warranty card from David M. Robinson dated December 2012. The NEW equivalent is now £9,000 but both versions remain among the most popular Rolex models and availability of new Submariners is very limited, so we are selling it at a premium. Clearly if you can find a new one at RRP then you should buy it – we wish we could ! Available from Miltons of Church Street, Liverpool city centre.

    • Stainless steel Rolex Date Submariner model 16610 with black bezel insert and “SWISS MADE” dial on Oyster Fliplock 93150 bracelet. This A73xxxx case number watch from around 1999 is in very pleasing condition, although we do note some very minor marks to the bezel. It comes with Submariner booklet, later Rolex boxes, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The larger, NEW equivalent is now £9,000 (if you can find one….) but the earlier models have proved increasingly popular in their own right. Available from Miltons of 36 Borough Pavement, Birkenhead Pyramids. Those interested in Rolex trivia may like to note that this watch’s case number suggests it was made in the same batch of 16610s from which a small number of special “Panama Canal” watches were drawn. Those Submariners (and, for the avoidance of doubt, NOT this specific watch) bore dials commissioned with a unique Panama Canal insignia in place of the usual text in the lower half and were then presented to the Canal pilots, to celebrate its passing from the United States of America to Panama.

    • Fresh in service stickers after an £800 overhaul and new glass at Rolex UK! 44mm stainless steel Rolex Yachtmaster II model 116680 with white dial and blue ceramic bezel insert on Oysterlock 78210 bracelet. Has both boxes, Yachtmaster II instruction booklet, red swing-tag, international Rolex warranty card dated August 2014 and service card from Rolex UK dated February 2022. The NEW equivalent is now £16,000 but (as with many steel versions of the Rolex professional series) supply is limited and residual prices have a life of their own. This is a complicated watch but fortunately it retains the valuable instruction booklet. Rolex also provide a video guide on their website, which we can locate for you if required.
