Yes, this watch has had its original gold, fluted bezel replaced in 2014 by a new DIAMOND bezel direct from Rolex, which cost £7,175 even then! This stunning watch still has its large Rolex box-set, Day-Date booklet, numbered green swing-tag, UK warranty card from Lepps the Jewellers dated April 2011, Rolex UK service card dated April 2014, a receipt from David M. Robinson for the diamond bezel and an October 2014 valuation from them confirming that the new equivalent with diamond bezel (i.e. a model 118348) at that time would cost £32,150. The new equivalent model 128348 today is £54,550 !

£13,999 Stock number: 82-96-005Classic Rolex Day-Date with what is now a popular “retro” look ! 36mm Rolex Day-Date model 18078 in 18ct yellow gold with sparkling silver / diamond dot dial on President 8723 bracelet (concealed clasp version). Has original BARK finish to bezel and bracelet. This watch is in excellent condition, showing surprisingly little sign of wear for its age. Comes with large, brown “luggage-style” Rolex box, correct Day-Date booklet ( accessories which are themselves now quite valuable ! ) and punched UK papers from Boodle & Dunthorne dated June 1989. The nearest NEW equivalent is now £36,900 and such good, pre-owned examples are difficult to find.

£12,899 Stock number: 52-90-01636mm Rolex Day-Date model 18238 in 18ct yellow gold with sparkling silver / diamond dot dial on President bracelet. In very pleasing condition, this circa 1990 model * comes with correct Day-Date booklet, modern Rolex boxes, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The 18238 with its 3155 calibre movement was the first model to feature the “double quick-set” feature for easy, independent alteration of the Day and Date. * We note that the date-code on the clasp indicates that this part is from around 1980 while the “53” end-links would more commonly be found on bracelets for 1803 model Day-Dates, so we believe the bracelet has been swapped from an earlier watch and is possibly restored, which is reflected in the price. The NEW equivalent is now £36,900 !

These credit-card sized calendar cards were supplied with new Rolex watches for many years. Each card covers a two-year period, i.e. 1995-1996, 1996-1997 etc. Miltons have acquired a limited stock of excellent examples priced from £19 depending on stock, rarity and condition of the specific card required.

£29,999 Stock number: 52-67-022Available today, still in service stickers and fresh from Rolex overhaul ! 42mm Rolex Sky-Dweller model 326938 in 18ct yellow gold with gorgeous silvery “sun-dust” / Roman numeral dial on Oyster 72418 bracelet. As with the Daytona, it seems that a Rolex with complicated functions can prove exceptionally popular. This yellow gold model was launched only in 2012 but its brilliant condition suggests this one may be more recent. Comes with large Rolex boxes, Sky-Dweller booklet, red swing-tag and Rolex UK service card dated August 2023 when it had a full movement overhaul and new glass fitted at a cost of £1,268. Ask for our Rolex-trained specialists Phil or Paul to discuss this watch with you. This is a complicated time-piece, but as well as having that precious instruction booklet (phew!) its new owner may also refer to the online user guide and video available on Rolex’s own website. The NEW equivalent is now £46,900 but even at that price point you may not be able to source one quickly. £14,999 Stock number: 52-61-004Interesting and collectible white gold Rolex! 36mm Rolex Day-Date model 18039 in 18ct white gold with grey-brown “ghost” / diamond dot dial on President 8385 bracelet. The “ghost” dials (usually pale colours with white text) have seen increased collector interest in recent years. In very good condition, this 1980s watch comes with large “luggage-style” Rolex box, correct Day-Date booklet (itself now increasingly valuable!), our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. At considerable expense we have just fitted a number of new links direct from Rolex, but we do note that the dial is showing very slight signs of age and the glass is generic, NOT by Rolex. The 18039 introduced the “single quick-set” feature to allow easier setting than on previous versions of the Day-Date, thanks to its 3055 calibre movement. The NEW equivalent is now £35,800! £25 Stock number: Misc.PT 114864GENUINE ROLEX service / storage / travel pouch with folding press-stud flap and simple green watch-holder insert. Each is approx 12cm x 6.5cm when closed and is suitable for holding a single example of most models in the Rolex range. For a number of years these green pouches were provided by the service division of Rolex UK when they returned a watch to its owner. Many owners now use them as smart travel or storage pouches. They are pre-owned, but many have simply been in our stores since they came with a watch from Rolex. The price quoted is for a single pouch and we anticipate having a small number available from which clients may choose.
