£6,599 Stock number: 50-85-01426mm Rolex Datejust model 179173 in stainless steel and yellow metal with champagne Jubilee / diamond dot dial on Jubilee 63133 bracelet. We first sold this watch when it was unworn and in stickers, with its Rolex warranty card from Portugal dated December 2014 — but this was sadly no longer present when it was pawned back with us in 2024. It now comes with Rolex boxes, Datejust booklet, red chronometer swing-tag, Rolex document holder with COSC translation booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. In excellent condition, but we do note that the GLASS is now a generic replacement, not by Rolex, which is reflected in the price. The NEW equivalent is now £11,700 !

These credit-card sized calendar cards were supplied with new Rolex watches for many years. Each card covers a two-year period, i.e. 1995-1996, 1996-1997 etc. Miltons have acquired a limited stock of excellent examples priced from £19 depending on stock, rarity and condition of the specific card required.

We have a surplus of this type of Rolex boxes, which were supplied with new Rolex watches from around 2004-2014.
SMALL and MEDIUM sizes are available, usually referred to as ref 30.00.xx, 39137.xx or “Samoa” and ref 31.00.xx, 39139.xx or “Moorea” respectively.
Boxes from c.2004-2010 came with a solid, oval watch cushion that was not well suited to ladies’ watches with short bracelets.
Boxes from c.2010-2014 came with a squashy “E”-shape cushion that would hold most watches comfortably.
Each box or set will be priced individually to reflect condition, completeness etc and sold as it is.
We will not swap parts from one box or set to another.
Rolex main agents often grabbed the first box that came to hand when selling a watch, but steel watches were commonly intended to come in smaller boxes / bicolour watches in medium.

This lovely c.2007 example of what we used to call a “double diamond” model comes with Rolex boxes, Datejust booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Register confirming that we checked it with them. In excellent condition and has just had a new glass fitted by a Rolex main agent. There is no direct NEW equivalent, but the closest watch with just a fluted gold bezel now has an RRP of £10,950 (while one with a full diamond bezel is now £16,100)! This 1987 model comes with Rolex 69173 boxes, Your Rolex Oyster booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The nearest NEW equivalent is now £10,950! This watch is priced very reasonably to reflect a number of factors : (1) the fluted bezel and bracelet both show signs of wear, such that we now recommend this watch be kept for dress wear only, (2) under magnification, it can be seen that the dial paint is deteriorating and (3) the case and model numbers are both substantially worn *
* Ladies’ Rolex Datejusts of this generation are often now found with one or more of the numerals in the case number obscured by bracelet wear. This was caused by the end-links rubbing constantly against the case. In this instance the third and fifth digits of the unique case number are obscured by bracelet wear, but luckily we were able to confirm the correct case number of the watch from its service history through a Rolex main agent and Rolex UK.

£25 Stock number: Misc.PT 114864GENUINE ROLEX service / storage / travel pouch with folding press-stud flap and simple green watch-holder insert. Each is approx 12cm x 6.5cm when closed and is suitable for holding a single example of most models in the Rolex range. For a number of years these green pouches were provided by the service division of Rolex UK when they returned a watch to its owner. Many owners now use them as smart travel or storage pouches. They are pre-owned, but many have simply been in our stores since they came with a watch from Rolex. The price quoted is for a single pouch and we anticipate having a small number available from which clients may choose.
