Comes with large Rolex box set, Datejust booklet, red chronometer swing-tag, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. This 2004 model is in very good condition with only moderate wear to the bracelet, but we do note that the glass is a generic replacement, not by Rolex, which is reflected in the price. A direct NEW equivalent with a similar dial is no longer offered by Rolex, but one with just a plain dial is now £24,700 !

£32,999 Stock number: 52-79-006We love the highly-desirable, sparkling BAGUETTE DIAMOND DIAL on this rose gold Daytona – which is in fantastic condition ! 18ct “Everose” gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytona model 116515LN with stunning “sundust” / baguette diamond dial, black Oysterflex strap and ceramic bezel. These models are just as likely to be worn by gents or ladies now. Has large Rolex boxes, Cosmograph Daytona booklet, both swing-tags and international Rolex warranty card dated June 2018. The nearest NEW equivalent with a diamond dial (if you can source one) is now £35,150 (and at the time of writing a baguette diamond dial appears to be offered ONLY on versions with a full diamond bezel), but availability of any similar specification Daytona remains poor which is reflected in the pre-owned market price. The strap will fit a man’s average wrist and offers a small amount of adjustment, but if a different length is required we may be able to swap it with one in stock or will order one on an exchange basis. £14,999 Stock number: 52-70-006Dazzling 26mm Rolex Datejust model 179138 in 18ct yellow gold, on President 83138 bracelet with original diamond bezel and white Mother of Pearl / Roman numeral dial. In very good condition with large, blue “Jubilee” combined Rolex watch & jewellery case, Datejust booklet, numbered green swing-tag and UK papers from David M. Robinson in Liverpool dated March 2005. This is a dress watch and should be worn with appropriate care. The new equivalent — even with a plain dial — is now £32,400 !

£12,999 Stock number: 52-68-00626mm Rolex Datejust model 179298 in 18ct yellow gold on Jubilee 63138 bracelet with original diamond-set lugs and silver-grey diamond dot dial in the later style with larger settings. A previous owner also had a diamond-set bezel fitted, although this part is custom-made and NOT by Rolex. As loyal devotees to the Rolex brand we are not great fans of customised pieces and will not supply such parts on customer request, but when our pawnbroking departments are left with one already fitted like this there always seems to be a queue of buyers. In very good condition, it still even has the delivery sticker on its case-back! Comes with a large Rolex box set, Datejust booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. When we sold this watch previously it still had its original UK papers dated June 2005, but these were no longer with it when the watch was recently traded back in with us. Please note that this watch has been customised by a third party (not Rolex) : the original bezel with its strange, trapezoidal single diamond has been replaced with a full diamond bezel and glass that are NOT made by Rolex. As loyal devotees to the Rolex brand we are not great fans of customised pieces and will not supply such parts to customer request, but when our pawnbroking departments are left with one that is already fitted they are usually very popular! Rolex would not provide service support for such a watch, but luckily it contains one of the most common movements and parts / service are available from others. When we first sold this watch about fifteen years ago it still had its original accessories including UK papers from David Morris at Selfridges dated July 2003, but these were no longer with it when the watch was recently traded back in with us. In very pleasing condition, it now comes with later Rolex boxes, Datejust booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them.

£9,999 Stock number: 52-56-027Lady’s 29mm Rolex Yachtmaster model 169628 in 18ct yellow gold on Oysterlock 78738 bracelet with bright white dial. In excellent condition, it has Rolex boxes, Yachtmaster booklet and original papers from the famous jeweller Bucherer in Switzerland. These papers are dated February 2007, but the watch’s P68xxxx case number suggests it is from around 2001. It had probably been in stock at Bucherer for some years, as the lady’s Yachtmaster was at that time something of a slow seller. The NEW RRP was £18,000 when such a model was last specified in Rolex UK’s 2016 price list — and prices generally have increased several times since then! Even a standard gold Lady Datejust now has a new price of £23,700.

Has sparkling silver / diamond dot dial and all-original, full diamond bezel on 72948 Tridor bracelet. This watch comes with original, huge Rolex presentation / jewellery box, Datejust booklet, numbered green swing-tag and UK warranty card from David M. Robinson dated October 2011. The NEW RRP was £34,650 when such a model was last specified in Rolex UK’s 2017 price list — and prices generally have increased several times since then!

£3,499 Stock number: 50-34-11726mm Rolex Datejust model 69178 in 18ct yellow gold with pretty white / small roman numeral / diamond dot dial. This late-1980s model was originally supplied on a President bracelet, but like many this had reached the end of its life and has been scrapped. We have now fitted the watch with a black leather strap and gold-plated pin-buckle, both genuine Rolex accessories and supplied by them. The watch has also been fitted previously with a custom-made diamond-set bezel which is NOT by Rolex. As loyal devotees to the Rolex brand we are not great fans of customised pieces and will not supply such individual parts on customer request, but when our pawnbroking departments are left with one already fitted like this there always seems to be a queue of buyers! While the bezel shows some wear under close examination, this is an eye-catching dress watch. £25 Stock number: Misc.PT 114864GENUINE ROLEX service / storage / travel pouch with folding press-stud flap and simple green watch-holder insert. Each is approx 12cm x 6.5cm when closed and is suitable for holding a single example of most models in the Rolex range. For a number of years these green pouches were provided by the service division of Rolex UK when they returned a watch to its owner. Many owners now use them as smart travel or storage pouches. They are pre-owned, but many have simply been in our stores since they came with a watch from Rolex. The price quoted is for a single pouch and we anticipate having a small number available from which clients may choose. An impressive watch in fine condition, athough the bracelet does show moderate wear. This is well reflected in the price but with sensible dress wear this sparkling watch has plenty of life left.
