We have a surplus of this type of Rolex boxes, which were supplied with new Rolex watches from around 2004-2014.
SMALL and MEDIUM sizes are available, usually referred to as ref 30.00.xx, 39137.xx or “Samoa” and ref 31.00.xx, 39139.xx or “Moorea” respectively.
Boxes from c.2004-2010 came with a solid, oval watch cushion that was not well suited to ladies’ watches with short bracelets.
Boxes from c.2010-2014 came with a squashy “E”-shape cushion that would hold most watches comfortably.
Each box or set will be priced individually to reflect condition, completeness etc and sold as it is.
We will not swap parts from one box or set to another.
Rolex main agents often grabbed the first box that came to hand when selling a watch, but steel watches were commonly intended to come in smaller boxes / bicolour watches in medium.

Gentleman’s 40mm Rolex Yachtmaster in 18ct Everose gold, model 126655 with “intense black” dial and Oysterflex strap / Everose Oysterlock clasp. In outstanding condition after spending most of its life in our pawnbroking safes, it comes with original Rolex boxes, Yachtmaster booklet, green swing-tag and international Rolex warranty card dated November 2021. The NEW RRP is now £28,150 but this is one of many sports / professional models that has been hard to obtain in the UK and residual prices remain strong. The strap will fit an average man’s wrist and offers a small amount of adjustment at the clasp, but if a different length is required and we don’t have one in the necessary size to swap, then we may have to order one or more rubber parts on an exchange basis. In excellent condition with both boxes, a (later) Yachtmaster II instruction booklet, numbered green swing-tag and UK warranty card from Whittles of Preston dated June 2013. The NEW equivalent is now £16,000 but (as with many steel versions of the Rolex professional series) supply is limited and residual prices have a life of their own. £16,799 Stock number: 82-55-022July 2021 watch in superb condition….and now a discontinued model ! 44mm stainless steel and rose metal Rolex Yachtmaster II model 116681M with white dial and blue ceramic bezel on Oysterlock 78211 bracelet. This 4161 calibre model has both boxes, Yachtmaster II booklet, both swing-tags and international Rolex warranty card dated July 2021. It is the revised model with triangle at 12 and “Mercedes” hands, rather than the plainer dial and blue hands of earlier examples. This is a complicated watch but happily it retains the valuable instruction booklet. The NEW RRP in early 2024 was £21,750 but availability of most professional models had been poor over recent years and the model has now been discontinued, which commonly provokes collector interest. This is a lovely example of the unusual “sports Rolex” for ladies, although we do note moderate wear to the bracelet and that it is fitted with a generic glass (not from Rolex). Comes with Rolex boxes, Yachtmaster booklet, numbered green swing-tag and UK papers from David M. Robinson dated December 2003. The last NEW RRP shown for this model was £7,050 — but that was about seven years ago and new prices generally have increased substantially since then. This watch comes with the desirable slate-grey dial with subtle, pale blue model name and seconds hand. Comes with Rolex boxes, Yachtmaster booklet, green swing-tag, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. It is a current model introduced in only 2016, its condition excellent with only superficial wear to the bezel insert. The NEW RRP is now £9,900.

£9,999 Stock number: 52-56-027Lady’s 29mm Rolex Yachtmaster model 169628 in 18ct yellow gold on Oysterlock 78738 bracelet with bright white dial. In excellent condition, it has Rolex boxes, Yachtmaster booklet and original papers from the famous jeweller Bucherer in Switzerland. These papers are dated February 2007, but the watch’s P68xxxx case number suggests it is from around 2001. It had probably been in stock at Bucherer for some years, as the lady’s Yachtmaster was at that time something of a slow seller. The NEW RRP was £18,000 when such a model was last specified in Rolex UK’s 2016 price list — and prices generally have increased several times since then! Even a standard gold Lady Datejust now has a new price of £23,700.

£25 Stock number: Misc.PT 114864GENUINE ROLEX service / storage / travel pouch with folding press-stud flap and simple green watch-holder insert. Each is approx 12cm x 6.5cm when closed and is suitable for holding a single example of most models in the Rolex range. For a number of years these green pouches were provided by the service division of Rolex UK when they returned a watch to its owner. Many owners now use them as smart travel or storage pouches. They are pre-owned, but many have simply been in our stores since they came with a watch from Rolex. The price quoted is for a single pouch and we anticipate having a small number available from which clients may choose. £39 Stock number: Misc. PT 114864Gent’s genuine Rolex wallet in green leather with reference 0068.08.34 printed in discrete gold-coloured foil inside one of the pockets. This is a slim, folding wallet of approx 144mm x 105mm when closed. Has reinforced corners and Rolex coronet branding to front. These wallets were supplied with gents’ and professional / sports models around the millennium. English bank notes did not fit them at the time and so many were never used, but the latest generation of £5 and £10 notes and credit cards do now fit as illustrated. It is not suitable for coins, or £20 / £50 notes. We have a small stock of these wallets available at both our Chester and Liverpool (St. John’s) stores.
