36mm Rolex Day-Date model 18238 in 18ct yellow gold on President 8385 bracelet with classic champagne / baton dial. This 1988 model comes with later Rolex boxes, correct Day-Date booklet (itself now increasingly valuable!), our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. It is in very good condition but we do note that the glass is a generic replacement, not by Rolex. The 18238 with its 3155 calibre movement was the first model to feature the double quick-set feature for easy, independent alteration of the Day and Date. The NEW equivalent is now £30,700!

    • Gent’s genuine Rolex wallet in green leather with reference 0068.08.34 printed in discrete gold-coloured foil inside one of the pockets. This is a slim, folding wallet of approx 144mm x  105mm when closed. Has reinforced corners and Rolex coronet branding to front. These wallets were supplied with gents’ and professional / sports models around the millennium. English bank notes did not fit them at the time and so many were never used, but the latest generation of £5 and £10 notes and credit cards do now fit as illustrated. This 1999 model watch comes with its Submariner booklet, a later Rolex box-set, red chronometer swing-tag, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The bracelet is in outstanding condition and there is only superficial wear to the bezel insert. We do note that the glass is a generic replacement, not by Rolex. The NEW equivalent is now £34,200 !
