Of interest to collectors, having extensive and original paperwork! Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual DATE model 1500(0) with smart silver / baton dial and Oyster 78350 bracelet. If you click through the main image on the left, you will be able to click on a second image showing some of the accompanying items, which are: (1) Your Rolex Oyster instruction booklet with punched centre-fold guarantee pages detailing first sale in Kowloon, May 1969 (2) original chronometer certificate with matching watch and movement numbers dated December 1968 (3) original cash sales slip from a jewellers in Kowloon dated May 1969 (4) green hard-back document wallet (5) service slip from Rolex UK dated August 2000 and (6) Oyster Perpetual “Red Seal” Chronometer card which was placed in the original box when first sold. This watch is in very good condition for its age; it appears to have had a new bracelet fitted circa 1991, the dial also perhaps having been replaced then or earlier. These 1575-calibre models did not have a “quick-set” facility for changing the date at the end of a short month, so the hands have to be turned forward 24 hours to advance it when needed. Please note that although it tests as water-resistant, we no longer guarantee these older, plastic glass models to be so. Supplied in our own presentation box.

The watch is in generally superb order but there are a couple of superficial marks to the case and bezel rim.
