36mm bicolour Rolex Datejust model 16233 on Jubilee 62523 bracelet. Has a genuine Rolex silver / diamond dot dial, but in addition the shoulders have been set with diamonds by a third party, NOT by Rolex. As purist fans of the brand we have never been too keen on such third-party customisation — and Rolex themselves would not now service this watch — but we price such pieces very reasonably as a result when we do get them. They always seem to be snapped up quickly! It is in very nice condition, coming with Your Rolex Oyster booklet, original Rolex papers dated December 1994 and later Rolex boxes.     • Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Milgauss model 116400 with bright white dial / orange indices and “lightning” seconds hand on Oyster 72400 bracelet. Complete with boxes, Milgauss booklet, red swing-tag & international warranty card dated May 2011, though the watch was in fact manufactured a couple of years earlier. This is an outstanding example! The original Milgauss was the model 6541 introduced back in 1956; subsequent models remained in production until 1988, albeit for the most part as the next-generation 1019 variant. It was designed as an especially anti-magnetic model for nuclear scientists near Rolex HQ in Switzerland but has since won desirability in its own right. This watch is one of the newer versions launched at Basel in 2007. Many clients love the Milgauss simply for being such a big watch, with its lovely, clear dial options and funky colour accents.     • Bicolour Datejust model 79173 with champagne / diamond dial in the later style with larger settings, on Jubilee 62523 bracelet. In very nice condition with Rolex boxes, Datejust booklet, UK papers from Goldsmiths in Leicester dated March 2003 and a Rolex UK service slip from September 2013. Please note that the papers and service slip have been laminated, having been previously affected by damp. The NEW equivalent is now £7,100! Available from Miltons of Chester, under the famous clock.
