Stunning watch that would look superb on the wrist of a lady or a gentleman! 31mm / mid-size Rolex Datejust model 178248 in 18ct yellow gold with gorgeous, original Rolex white mother of pearl / diamond dot dial on Oyster 73168 bracelet. The watch has also been fitted previously with a custom-made diamond-set bezel and generic glass which are NOT by Rolex. As loyal devotees to the Rolex brand we are not great fans of customised pieces and will not supply such individual parts on customer request, but when our pawnbroking departments are left with one already fitted like this there always seems to be a queue of buyers! This watch has a random case number which means it cannot be older than 2010, although its excellent condition suggests it may be considerably more recent. Comes with a large Rolex box-set, Datejust booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The nearest NEW equivalent (fitted with President bracelet and plain, fluted gold bezel) is now £25,400!

    • Late, pre-ceramic model – rarely seen with a random case number and engraved rehaut like this! Stainless steel Rolex Date Submariner model 16610 T with black dial and bezel insert on Oyster Fliplock 93250 bracelet. In very good condition, it comes with original Rolex boxes, Submariner booklet, numbered green tag, UK warranty card from Pyke & Sons in Birkenhead dated May 2010 and a Rolex UK service card dated May 2017, when it appears to have enjoyed £505 of work carried out through Mappin & Webb in Chester. The larger, NEW equivalent is now £7,300 (if you can find one!), but these earlier models have proved increasingly popular in their own right.
