Stainless steel Rolex Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA model 116660 with black dial on Oyster Glidelock 98210 bracelet. This enormous watch was designed for professional divers, though many have been bought by those simply wishing to own one of the biggest or most over-engineered Rolexes ever made. In very good condition with only superficial wear to the glass and bezel. It has both boxes, DeepSea booklet, red swing-tag and UK warranty card from David M. Robinson dated July 2011. The NEW equivalent (ref. 136660) is now £11,950 – though finding one can be the greater problem!

    • Lady’s stainless steel Oyster Perpetual DATE model 69174 from the late 1980s, on Jubilee 62510 bracelet. This watch began its life with a fluted, white metal bezel but at some point this has been swapped for the plain steel, engine-turned bezel from a contemporary 69240 model. Has just had a full movement service and comes with an Oyster booklet, red swing-tag, our own presentation box and warranty card. The NEW equivalent is now £4,150 but this watch has been priced very keenly to reflect its age and condition.

    • Bicolour Datejust model 6827 (3) from approx 1980 with smart blue / baton dial on Jubilee 62523 bracelet. This is one of the older models with no quick-set date-change feature and the softer, acrylic glass, which we advise should no longer be considered water-resistant. This is a very pleasing watch to look at but there are some signs of its thirty or more years of wear, reflected in this keen price. Has a later box and our own warranty card. The NEW equivalent, much improved as it is, now costs £6,400!
