Bicolour Rolex Date Submariner model 16613 with black dial and bezel insert on Oyster Fliplock 93153 bracelet. This E57xxxx case number watch comes with Rolex boxes, Submariner booklet, red swing-tag and original Rolex papers from Frankfurt dated May 1991 (although someone has clumsily tried to change the date as if to make it appear later). This watch is in very pleasing condition with a genuine, NEW Rolex bezel insert fitted, but we do note some signs of age / wear and that the glass fitted is generic, not by Rolex, both factors reflected in this keen price.The NEW equivalent is now £14,950 !

    • Gent’s genuine Rolex wallet in green leather with reference 0068.08.34 printed in discrete gold-coloured foil inside one of the pockets. This is a slim, folding wallet of approx 144mm x  105mm when closed. Has reinforced corners and Rolex coronet branding to front. These wallets were supplied with gents’ and professional / sports models around the millennium. English bank notes did not fit them at the time and so many were never used, but the latest generation of £5 and £10 notes and credit cards do now fit as illustrated.     • Stainless steel “polar” Rolex Explorer II model 16570 with white “SWISS-T<25” dial on Oyster Fliplock 93150 bracelet. It shows signs of only moderate wear for its age and comes with Rolex boxes, Explorer booklet and UK papers from Goldsmiths dated August 1997. While most associate the Fliplock 93150 bracelet with Submariner models, it was an option on the 16570 for many years, although we note that the clasp on this one has separately been replaced at some point. The latest, fat-case Explorer II now has a new RRP of £8,500 but all the earlier generations of professional models like this attract great interest in their own right.
