36mm bicolour Rolex Datejust “Turn-o-Graph” model 16263 with smart, pale champagne / baton dial on Jubilee 62523 bracelet. Comes with Rolex boxes, Datejust booklet, UK papers from Goldsmiths in Wigan dated December 1992 and a Rolex UK service card dated March 2001. We know that it also had a £520 service in 2017 at “Perpetual Time” in Liverpool, when a generic glass (not by Rolex) was fitted. This is a slightly unusual and increasingly collectible model, showing only moderate signs of age / wear to the bracelet and some wear to the bezel detail, which we have reflected in the price. The last NEW equivalent finally appeared in Rolex UK’s November 2016 price list at £8,200 ! Please note that while this model features a time-lapse bezel it is essentially a dress watch. Clients needing a more robust time-piece with this feature should consider the Rolex Submariner or Yachtmaster ranges.
