Classic Rolex from the 1970s! Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Precision model 6426 with popular matt black / baton dial. This circa-1972 watch appears to have been up-graded with a new Oyster 78350 bracelet fitted around 1987 and is in very pleasing condition, showing few signs of its age. The Oyster Precision is an entry-level model and it should be noted that (1) it needs to be manually wound each day and (2) we no longer guarantee these older, plastic glass models to be water-resistant. Comes with a Rolex UK service card dated February 2012, our own presentation box and warranty card.

    • Bicolour Datejust model 6827 (3) from approx 1980 with smart blue / baton dial on Jubilee 62523 bracelet. This is one of the older models with no quick-set date-change feature and the softer, acrylic glass, which we advise should no longer be considered water-resistant. This is a very pleasing watch to look at but there are some signs of its thirty or more years of wear, reflected in this keen price. Has a later box and our own warranty card. The NEW equivalent, much improved as it is, now costs £6,400!

    • 1999-model bicolour Datejust ref 79173 on Jubilee 62523 bracelet with champagne / baton dial. In very nice condition with Rolex boxes, an Oyster booklet, swing-tag and our own warranty card. Light rubbing from the bracelet has made it hard to read the third character in the alpha-numeric case number ( A2?8xxx ) but we believe it to be a 9. In any event the watch can still be dated to 1999 manufacture. The NEW equivalent is now £5,750 !
