Classic Rolex from the mid-1970s! Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King Precision model 5500 with attractive gun-metal grey / baton dial, unusually fitted with a Jubilee 62510 bracelet (whose end-links have been adapted to fit the small case) rather than the default Oyster bracelet. In very pleasing condition, it comes with our own presentation box and warranty card. Upon very close inspection the dial shows some minor signs of age, but this is an outstanding “entry-level” Oyster Perpetual. Please note that we no longer guarantee these older, plastic glass models to be water-resistant. A NEW Air-King now costs £4,750 but in truth a closer new equivalent may be the plain Oyster Perpetual 114200 at £3,850.
