Classic Rolex Oyster, from around 1980! Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King Precision model 5500 with smart silver / baton dial on Oyster 78350 bracelet. In very pleasing condition, it comes with a generic presentation box, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. This is an outstanding “entry-level” Oyster Perpetual. Please note that we no longer guarantee these older, plastic glass models to be water-resistant. A NEW Air-King now costs £4,750 but in truth a closer new equivalent may be the plain Oyster Perpetual 114200 at £3,850.

    • Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Milgauss model 116400 with bright white dial / orange indices and “lightning” seconds hand on Oyster 72400 bracelet. Complete with boxes, Milgauss booklet, red swing-tag & international warranty card dated May 2011, though the watch was in fact manufactured a couple of years earlier. This is an outstanding example! The original Milgauss was the model 6541 introduced back in 1956; subsequent models remained in production until 1988, albeit for the most part as the next-generation 1019 variant. It was designed as an especially anti-magnetic model for nuclear scientists near Rolex HQ in Switzerland but has since won desirability in its own right. This watch is one of the newer versions launched at Basel in 2007. Many clients love the Milgauss simply for being such a big watch, with its lovely, clear dial options and funky colour accents. The NEW RRP is now £5,150.

In lovely condition with original boxes, Oyster booklet, numbered green swing-tag and UK warranty card from Aurum Group dated March 2011. The NEW RRP is now £3,300 !
