Stainless steel Rolex Cosmograph Daytona model 116520 with black dial on Oysterlock 78490 bracelet. This D65xxxx case number watch is from around 2006 and in very pleasing condition, but there are some signs of wear including to the bezel, glass, main crown and case-back, reflected in the price. It comes with Rolex boxes, Daytona instruction booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The NEW ceramic bezel models now have an RRP of £10,500 but waiting lists are generally intangible / closed and that model is commonly being sold on the secondary market for over £24,000 at the time of writing. This has made the previous model 116520 an extremely attractive purchase and it remains in its own right one of the most sought after models in recent decades.     • Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Milgauss model 116400 with bright white dial / orange indices and “lightning” seconds hand on Oyster 72400 bracelet. Complete with boxes, Milgauss booklet, red swing-tag & international warranty card dated May 2011, though the watch was in fact manufactured a couple of years earlier. This is an outstanding example! The original Milgauss was the model 6541 introduced back in 1956; subsequent models remained in production until 1988, albeit for the most part as the next-generation 1019 variant. It was designed as an especially anti-magnetic model for nuclear scientists near Rolex HQ in Switzerland but has since won desirability in its own right. This watch is one of the newer versions launched at Basel in 2007. Many clients love the Milgauss simply for being such a big watch, with its lovely, clear dial options and funky colour accents. The NEW RRP is now £5,150.
