Stainless steel Rolex Datejust model 116200 on Oyster 72200 bracelet with a black / diamond-dot dial and channel-set diamond bezel. Diamond parts have been custom-made, NOT by Rolex. As loyal devotees of the Rolex brand we are not great fans of customised pieces and will not supply such parts to customer request, but when our pawnbroking departments are left with one that is already fitted there always seems to be a queue of buyers! We must confess that this is one of the nicest custom-jobs we have seen. The original watch is a 2008 model and comes with Rolex box, Oyster booklet and our own warranty card. Bearing in mind the diamond bezel, it should be worn as a dress watch.  Please ask to discuss it with one of the Rolex-trained members of the Miltons watch team.
