31mm / mid-size steel and rose metal Rolex Datejust model 178271 with sparkling rose Jubilee / diamond dot dial on Oyster 72161 bracelet. Most of the bicolour models you will see are in steel and yellow metal, so this steel and rose (or pink) version is rather distinctive. Has both boxes, Datejust booklet, both swing-tags and international Rolex warranty card dated December 2016. Having spent much of its short life in our pawnbroking safes, it is in brilliant condition but for some superficial scratches to the glass above the eight o'clock marker, which are hard to see thanks to the intricate detail of the dial beneath. The NEW RRP is now £8,850!

    • Lady’s stainless steel Oyster Perpetual DATE model 69174 from the late 1980s, on Jubilee 62510 bracelet. This watch began its life with a fluted, white metal bezel but at some point this has been swapped for the plain steel, engine-turned bezel from a contemporary 69240 model. Has just had a full movement service and comes with an Oyster booklet, red swing-tag, our own presentation box and warranty card. The NEW equivalent is now £4,150 but this watch has been priced very keenly to reflect its age and condition.
