Fresh from service at Rolex UK! Stainless steel Rolex Explorer model 114270 with classic black / 3-6-9 dial on Oysterlock 78690 bracelet. This M8xxxxx case number watch is one of the later examples of this model to have been manufactured (featuring the numbered inner rehaut), coming with Rolex boxes, Explorer booklet, numbered green swing-tag, UK warranty card from Goldsmiths in Chester dated August 2009 and a Rolex UK service card dated June 2016. It has just had a full service and new glass at Rolex UK and still bears their service stickers, but we do note that at some stage the 12-o'clock end link has been polished down and regrained, probably to erase a graze of some sort. The NEW equivalent is now £4,300 but older models are already proving collectible. Available from Miltons of Chester, under the famous clock.

    • Late, pre-ceramic model – rarely seen with a random case number and engraved rehaut like this! Stainless steel Rolex Date Submariner model 16610 T with black dial and bezel insert on Oyster Fliplock 93250 bracelet. In very good condition, it comes with original Rolex boxes, Submariner booklet, numbered green tag, UK warranty card from Pyke & Sons in Birkenhead dated May 2010 and a Rolex UK service card dated May 2017, when it appears to have enjoyed £505 of work carried out through Mappin & Webb in Chester.     • Stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Milgauss model 116400 with bright white dial / orange indices and “lightning” seconds hand on Oyster 72400 bracelet. Complete with boxes, Milgauss booklet, red swing-tag & international warranty card dated May 2011, though the watch was in fact manufactured a couple of years earlier. This is an outstanding example! The original Milgauss was the model 6541 introduced back in 1956; subsequent models remained in production until 1988, albeit for the most part as the next-generation 1019 variant. It was designed as an especially anti-magnetic model for nuclear scientists near Rolex HQ in Switzerland but has since won desirability in its own right. This watch is one of the newer versions launched at Basel in 2007. Many clients love the Milgauss simply for being such a big watch, with its lovely, clear dial options and funky colour accents. The NEW RRP is now £5,150.
