26mm Rolex Datejust in 18ct yellow gold, model 69178 on President 8570 bracelet with pavé diamond / sapphire dot dial and diamond-set bezel that are both custom-made, NOT by Rolex. As loyal devotees to the Rolex brand we are not great fans of customised pieces and will not supply such parts on customer request, but when our pawnbroking departments are left with one already fitted like this there always seems to be a queue of buyers! This 1990 model is otherwise in very pleasing condition and comes with original, embroidered Rolex box, Datejust booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. The bracelet shows only moderate signs of its age and if worn sensibly the watch has much life in it yet. The nearest NEW equivalent — with just a plain dial and fluted gold bezel, no diamonds — is now £20,500!
