£8,299 Stock number: 52-60-002Beautiful “four-line” Rolex Submariner with box, warranty card etc — and the latest example of this model that we have ever seen! Stainless steel Rolex non-date Submariner model 14060M with black dial and bezel insert on Oyster Fliplock 93150 bracelet. This random case number watch with four-line “SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED” text and numbered inner rehaut is one of the very last examples of what has in recent years become an extremely desirable model. Earlier versions did not feature the additional SCOC text on the dial. It is in excellent condition with only moderate signs of wear and comes with Rolex boxes, Submariner booklet, both swing-tags and international Rolex warranty card dated March 2014. That is some two years after the subsequent model had been introduced! It seems that today’s market increasingly appreciates the proportions and value of this generation of Rolex sports models. We are selling it at a small premium to the list price of the fatter, new equivalent which is now £8,050 — if only you could find one.

The latest, fatter case model now has an RRP of £7,900 but all the earlier generations of professional models like this are attracting great interest in their own right. £2,999 Stock number: 82-51-00231mm / mid-size stainless steel Rolex Datejust model 6824 with classic silver / baton dial on Jubilee 62510 bracelet. Dating from around 1981, this watch is in very pleasing condition. Unusually, it has been fitted with a synthetic sapphire glass that is not by Rolex, to update the older and more easily marked acrylic glass. We don’t as a rule approve of such work, but this appears to have been very well executed, it modernises the watch and tests well for water-resistance (as always, provided the crown is screwed down). Comes with a later Rolex box, Oyster booklet, our own warranty card and a certificate from the ALR Watch Register confirming that we checked it with them. This model correctly has the 2000-series calibre Rolex movement with no “quick-set” facility for changing the date at the end of a short month. The 43mm model, launched after 50 years of the Sea-Dweller line (hence the SD43 / SD50 names variously given to it by fans), is one of many steel Professional models that are extremely difficult to source at the moment, so we had to pay and are in turn selling it at a premium to the NEW list price. Comes with its Rolex 16030-stickered box set, UK papers from John Pass Jewellers in Crewe dated June 1986 in plastic pouch (with corresponding, numbered sticker) and a Rolex UK service slip dated July 2001. The watch is in very pleasing condition and appears to have had a new bracelet fitted, perhaps at the time of that Rolex service. Unusually, this watch has been fitted with a synthetic sapphire glass that is not by Rolex, to update the older and more easily marked acrylic glass. We don’t as a rule approve of such work, but this appears to have been very well executed, it modernises the watch and tests well for water-resistance (as always, provided the crown is screwed down). There was something of a transitional period, but as it is a 16610 with pierced lugs we chose to fit it with the 93150 bracelet which may thus be considered appropriate, the solid end link 93250 more commonly being seen on the 16610 T which had solid lugs.

Comes with both Rolex boxes, Sky-Dweller booklet and Rolex UK service card dated August 2022 when it had a full movement overhaul and new glass fitted. This M-case number watch with four-line “SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED” text and numbered inner rehaut is one of the later examples of what has in recent years become an extremely desirable model. The watch is in very fine condition but there are some superficial marks on the highly-polished bezel. 36mm stainless steel and white metal Rolex Datejust TURN-O-GRAPH model 116264 on Jubilee 63200 bracelet with bright white / baton dial. Comes with Rolex boxes, correct Datejust booklet, red swing-tag and UK papers from John Pass the Jewellers in Crewe dated January 2006. A new equivalent was last listed in Rolex UK's 2016 price list at £6,000 – but production ceased some years ago, since when there have been significant price rises across the rest of the range and increasing interest in this model. Red detail to the dial text, seconds hand and date display are distinctive on the modern Turn-o-Graph. Please note that while it features a time-lapse bezel, the Turn-o-Graph remains essentially a dress watch.
